Carrots, Raisins, Bran = Yummy!

I love Mimi's Restaurant's Carrot Raisin Muffins. Mostly because they are soooo moist. All that butter or oil, ya know....

But a gal can't eat them and keep her girlish figure (I wonder if you can if you lost your girlish figure years ago???)

The recipe was presented so cute, and seeing the flour in your pink heart measuring cups had me really distracted. I'm gonna have to go back, and read the ingredients this time!! (Enjoyed seeing your happy face in there, too!)
