Great giveaway....I really like at halloween just about everyone in town is at the town square for a halloween fest...all the stores give out candy to the kids and there are all kind of activities.

I love to buy pie pumpkins at the farm and make pumpkin pie from scratch - it makes me feel like a pioneer (but don't tell anyone I use store-bought crusts :D)!

It's so hard to pick just one because I love autumn! One of my favorite things to do is spend the day picking apples and seeing the sights at a local farm with my family. There's nothing like homemade applesauce...the kids call it apple pie.

My favorite fall thing to do it actually baking, esp desserts and breads. All summer long it's too hot to run the oven. In the fall I bake breads and treats, warm up the house when it's cool but not cold enough to run the furnace, and fill the house with the scent of baking apples and cinnamon and fresh bread. My favorite Fall thing it going to the state fair, smelling all the wonderful and not so wonderful foods at the fair. My most favorite thing to do for the fall: celebrate my birthday towards the end of October. Thank you for this lovely giveaway.
During fall the kids and I love to go pick apples at the apple orchard. We also love taking walks in the evening and enjoying the crisp cool weather.
I want to become one of Jill's grandkids! (comment above mine) But until that happens my favorite fall thing is to go on our Great Pumpkin hunt every year, have some cider and apple fritter, decorate a bit and then end the day with a fire ... all for our anniversary.
We don't have 4 seasons here in Singapore, but I enjoy working leaves in fall colours and swapping them with international friends.

What a great giveaway! My favorite thing is raking leaves, but I also like to drive around and look at the changing leaves. Going to the pumpkin festival is fun, and hayrides, making stuff with pumpkins, and decorating the house for the new season.
Ohhhhh I just love decorating my house in fall colors. Baking and smelling the wonderful smells of pumpkin, apple, and all the other baking smells...yummmmmmmy, I can just close my eyes and smell it all...I also like flavored coffee and make my own like pumpkin coffee...easy peasy 2-3tsp of pumpkin spice with your coffee grounds(I use a drip coffee maker) and way you go...your coffee simply taste devine...I have used apple pie spice and well any kind of spice I think might test good in coffee. Nice set of prizes. I'd love to win. My favorite fall thing to do would have to be photography--taking pictures of the fall leaves. Also, I love doing more baking as the weather cools down. The house always smells so good.
OMG, fall is my very favorite time of the year. I love everything: the pumpkin patch with my family, carving our pumpkins with happy faces, sitting in the backyard at nite with a fire in the fire pit drinking a cup of tea or hot spiced wine and collecting leaves and pine cones for decorations. But what I really love is dressing up ( yes at my age I dress up EVERY year) and seeing all the kids in the neighborhood and church in their costumes. Every Halloween night, no matter what the weather is, we have our first fire of the year. Several times we have had to turn on the air conditioner because it was toooo hot but its tradition!
We love Halloween, and visit Griffith's Pumpkin House that displays over 4000 carved and lighted pumpkins on and around a huge victorian house!

Okay, my favorite thing about fall...hands down--not sweating. It is so hot here in Florida, that my favorite thing about fall is enjoying cooler weather, sweaters and being outside without having to wipe the sweat away. I love bonfires, carving pumpkins, trick or treating, hayrides, having the windows open, Thanksgiving, oyster roasts, the orange and red colors. I love all of fall, but what I love best is being able to enjoy it all without sweating! ;)

My favourite fall thing to do - there are so MANY! Well ... one of them is go outside and shuffle through the fallen leave so it makes a bustling sound. If you want to try this take at least one kid with you - otherwise people might look at you strangely! :-) Afterwards you have to go back inside and have hot tea or cocoa!

There are so many. My husband and I take a yearly vacation to see the leaves. I live in Florida and love N GA, the Ellijay Apple Festival each year gives me new best memories.
I love decorating for fall. I have a leaf garland with lights strung under my cabinets...makes a pretty night light. I search for pumpkins with character to decorate the porch with cattails standing in an old milk can. I love fall!

My favorite memory is our church Trunk-or-Treat. Our Sunday School class decorated our vehicles, parked them in the church parkinglot, roped off the ends and let the kids run free to trick or treat. We also had games and a chili cookoff. Great fun.

My favorite fall activity is carving pumpkins with the family. Everyone picks out a different pattern, and it's so much fun to see them finished and lit up in the dark. Afterwards we roast pumpkin seeds. YUM!

I love walking outside in the cool, crisp air looking at the fall colors.
Definite best thing about fall is walking or driving to look at the beautiful fall leaves and seeing the harvest beginning.

My favorite part of fall is the leaves changing color and that wonderful earthy smell in the air. Love to rake leaves into a huge pile and let the kids jump in and bury themselves.

I love to drive through Spearfish Canyon in the Black Hills and look at the trees changing.
We are starting a new tradition this year. Since Halloween in the neighborhood seems like it's car loads of kids dropped off at our townhouse area, we are taking our little one to our church's Trunk and Treat. You decorate your car's trunk and give out candy. Perfect for our 3 yr old (and Mommy and Daddy!) Thank you for the thoughtfilled giveaway! It's much appreciated!

My favorite thing to do in the fall is play in the leaves with my grandchildren. My grandfather used to do this with my brothers and I so I try to carry on with my grandkids. Thanks for the giveaway.

My absolute favorite thing as a kid for the Fall season was going to the apple orchards with my family. As an adult, it hasn't changed much, only that I now love canning my apples and turning them into a bunch of different treats for the season.

I love hearing the children go back to school as they laugh and talk, walking by my house. Fall triggers wonderful memories for me of going back to school myself, and my own little ones (now grown) going back, and getting involved with their activities, etc.

Can I just say how much I love your blog? 'Cause I do. Now, my favorite fall activity--our church hosts a Fall Fun Fest every year, for our children of all ages. I love it all, from the bobbing for apples to the pinata to the evening bonfire and weenie roast. That smell always means "fall" to me!

My favourite time in Autumn is Easter sunday, after church, family and friends come over for a huge braai (bbq) in the evening we sit around the fire singing! love it!
